REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance/ Financial Management
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Finance and Procurement Manager
  • Solid understanding of finance reporting
  • Budget preparation, review, and monitoring
  • Knowledge of purchasing and materials management functions preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant local laws and regulations (contract law) relevant to Procurement
  • Strategic sourcing / Commodity Management.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of principles and practices of contract preparation, negotiation and conflict resolution
